This Privacy Policy explains how Spectra Bot ("the Bot"), operated by Stalking Dragons, collects, uses and protects information when you use the Bot on Discord. By using the Bot you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

To operate, the Bot processes the following usage data:

• Discord identifiers — user IDs, server IDs and channel IDs needed to respond to commands
• Command usage — which commands are executed and when
• Activity logs — basic interaction logs used for diagnostics and statistics

The Bot does not read, store or index the content of your messages unless a feature explicitly requires it (for example, when you type a command), and it never collects message history.

• Providing and operating the Bot's features
• Maintaining security and preventing abuse
• Analyzing aggregate usage to improve the Bot

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Data is processed only by us and by hosting providers strictly necessary to run the Bot. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Usage data is kept only as long as necessary to provide the Service. When the Bot is removed from a server, its server-specific data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymous or aggregated statistics may be retained.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and similar laws), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us through our support server or by email.

7. Children

The Bot is intended for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirement in their country. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
