1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, installing or using Spectra Bot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using it.

2. The Service

Spectra Bot is a Discord application operated by Stalking Dragons that provides utility and engagement features for Discord servers. It runs on Discord's infrastructure and depends on the Discord API.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy. You must be at least the minimum age required by Discord in your country to use the Service.

4. Permitted Use

Server administrators may invite the bot to their servers and use its commands as intended. You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used within your community.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the bot for illegal, harmful, harassing or deceptive activities
• Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service
• Automated abuse such as spamming commands or scraping data
• Using the bot in violation of Discord's policies

6. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your servers. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user or server that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stalking Dragons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Discord.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
